Specific online system for innovation management

IDpro is a solution started from scratch, that is to say, it doesn’t come from a generic project manager that was later adapted. Besides, only is considered its specific use for the management of R&D projects, that is why its structure has been designed to address these projects in an efficient way.

All the information is divided into three phases: presentation-approval-justification. Each phase has different interfaces and its corresponding associated data.

Multiproject resource management

IDpro manages the global portfolio of projects, allowing the management of shared resources such as technical staff and avoiding overlapping.

Besides, the software allows to carry out a global analysis of the R&D activities, saving time and obtaining a more reliable and robust processing of information, as a result of having all the information of the projects in a single data base instead of in different files associated to each project.

Unique store of information of R&D projects

Data of all the projects are centralized regardless the public body to which they have been presented.

IDpro allows an efficient management of the different administrative files linked to each project, incorporating a warning system to control the deadlines established by the different public bodies.

Reports adapted to the needs of the companies

It includes configurable project or multiproject reports generation. Some of these reports are:

• Tax deductions. Anual R&D expenditure.
• Possible deductions to apply according to the activities clasified as R&D or innovation.
• Supporting documentation for CDTI.
• Supporting sheets for ADER.
• Hours per activity and month of the technicians linked to the projects.
• Hours per project and year.

Flexible cost structure

In IDpro the user defines its own costs structure. Furthermore, the user establishes the number of milestone in each phase of the project. This allows IDpro having the sufficient flexibility to adapt to any present or future program.
